How to Join 5th North Devon Scout Group:

If you would like to join us then complete our Application Form. The Application Form is an Adobe PDF. If you do not have Adobe you can download for free from here.

Once completed, please send to:

Richard Smith, 58 Barton Road, Barnstaple, Devon, EX32 8NG or email.

Paying in Money:

Any money paid into the Group should be in an envelope with your Child’s name and Section (i.e. Beavers, Cubs or Scouts), and what the money is for (i.e. Subs, Camp, Uniform, Badges, etc.)

Please make cheques payable to 5th North Devon Scout Group.

Subscriptions, Starting and Moving Up Fees:

Subscriptions are due at the beginning of each school term:

• £29.50 for the first child and £24.50 for siblings who join the Group.

Subscriptions are to be paid by the second week of each term to the Leader of the Group.

• The Start Up (SU) Fee is £18.50 which covers certificate, badges, and log book.

Activities/Events:

Activities and events such as Camp, Horse Riding, etc., will be charged for seperately and letters covering any such events will be sent out by the Leader of your Section.

On some occassions you will be required to fill out appropriate consent forms for the activity they will be attending.
